We are here to provide you with the best service possible. We know that this industry is full of companies that cannot support the products and services they sell. Unfortunately it now takes very little to start a web hosting "company". Unlike the rest, our staff has years of experience, and most importantly, we have physical access to our equipment 24/7. Guarantee #1: Satisfaction Guarantee

Backed by: Full Refund (within 30 days)

At Oryon Networks, we are sure your experience will be a positive one. With a host of unique features, powerful management tools, trustworthy support, unparalleled speed, and dependability, all at astounding prices, it's hard to go wrong. But we understand that sometimes things just don't work out, and that is why we offer a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with our service within your first 30 days, simply let us know and your contract fees will be reversed. There is no advanced notification to give, no paperwork to fill out, no red tape or catches whatsoever. If you have any questions, please feel free to email our sales team.

Notes: 30 day period ends exactly 30 days from the day on which account was originally activated (not the day the order was placed). Guarantee is VOID if your account violates our TOS or service agreement(SLA). If there is a waiver of fee for a TLD domain (for example a .com domain) registration, we reserved the rights to offer only prorated refunds

Guarantee #2: Support Response Guarantee (1 hour)

Support is our business--it's what we're best known for. We're more than aware that all the features in the world are worthless unless they are backed by a strong and easy-to-use support infrastructure. We have worked countless hours perfecting our support channels and training our staff to ensure that customers get meaningful and helpful responses as quickly as possible.

Any support request that is submitted through our specified support channels is guaranteed to receive a response within 1 hours. Please note that this does not mean that our average response takes 1 hour. If a response is not given within 1 hour, a 5% refund can be requested.

NOTES: Support response guarantee does not include billing, sales, and abuse emails. Support response guarantee also means that there will be a resolution within 6 hours. Total refunds in a given month cannot exceed 100% of customer's hosting fees for the account which the requests were in reference to in that particular month.

Guarantee #3: Network Availability Guarantee (99.9% monthly)

Backed by: Pro-Rated Refund

You pay us so that your site will be online. When it's not online, you shouldn't have to pay. It's that simple. We rarely have server issues that result in downtime, but on occasion, we will encounter a hardware or software issue that may cause a brief service interruption. Many hosts offer "uptime guarantees" but make no mention of what happens if they don't meet their posted uptime figure. These "guarantees" are simply a way to earn them more business, and have little to do with the actual reliability of their services.

We guarantee our network will be up 99.9% in a given month not counting well planned and announced service upgrades. Oryon Networks will refund the customer 5% of the monthly fee per 30 minutes of downtime, up to 100% of the customer's monthly fee.

Contact our billing department to request pro-rated refund in accordance with our SLA.
