When you call us, we will dispatch an IT professional to your place at an appointed time. Here's a breakdown of the charges

Transportation depends on distance and ranges from $15 to up to $40. When not deployed, we are at our office in Sengkang.

Telephone Technical Support charges

We offer phone technical support assistance. No charge if problem is not resolved.

If the problem is resolved successfully, the charge is $40 for the first hour, and $15 for each hour onwards - payable through bank transfer or cheque.
